Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

KNS Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing or typographical errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

Payment

Payment terms will be specified on your quotation or invoice.

Production may not begin until required deposits or payments have been received.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

KNS Performance LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Supply chain disruptions
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Labor shortages
• Other events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days.  Restocking fee up to 20% may apply.
Custom-machined, made-to-order, or special-order products are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery.

Approved returns must be unused and in their original condition unless otherwise authorized.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, KNS Performance LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Improper use
• Abuse or neglect
• Accidents
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Use outside the intended application

Our responsibility is limited, at our discretion, to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNS Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
